Not all companies are created equal and at KLONELAB, their DNA was structured to challenge that mission every day… Located 30 miles from Boston in the small coastal town of Amesbury, Massachusetts, Klonelab was founded with one vision in mind, to be the leading, boutique, licensing and brand acquisition company in the sports and active youth culture space with a focus on footwear, sandals and accessories.
In January of 2009, the Company was funded in parallel to signing a long term licensing agreement with New Balance Athletic to design, manufacture and distribute all open toe footwear. Additionally, after a successful launch in the sandal category, New Balance awarded Klonelab additional licenses for New Balance golf footwear and open toe footwear for Warrior Lacrosse. Three short years later, KLONELAB has offices in Amesbury and China and is considered one of New Balance’s top licensing partners. The company set out to build a platform that would allow it to successfully add new licensing partners as well as focus on further brand acquisition, and they are now in a position to do just that.
Today, the company has positioned itself as a leader in the licensing and brand building business and has built a successful full service platform that can cater to it’s future growth whether through new licensing partnerships or further brand acquisition.

Manufacturing: With its own offices in Southern China, Klonelab only works with leading footwear and accessory factories that pass the strictest compliant guidelines. Additionally, Klonelab Asia has a quality assurance team that delivers the highest quality product, maintains strict production schedules, implements and oversees all clients’ quality control standards.
Distribution and Logistics: With a focused commitment to operational excellence, Klonelab leverages state-of-the-art logistic & warehousing partners in the U.S. and Canada in order to provide services such as EDI, inventory control, transportation management, drop-ship capabilities, pre-ticketing, and labeling. All of this helps service over 4000 independent and national accounts.
